Hoviat advances its mission through six specialized departments. This structure is designed based on the real needs of women, and each department actively contributes to women’s empowerment through programs such as webinars, discussion spaces, courses, workshops, conferences, and documentation.
Education & Motivation
Through workshops and short courses, we strengthen women’s personal, leadership, and language skills, fostering self-confidence and motivation for personal growth.
Research
Advocacy
We defend women’s rights at national and global levels, produce human rights reports, and bring the voices of discrimination victims to decision-making bodies.
Networking & Media
By building connections between women and institutions and utilizing media and multimedia content, we expand solidarity and collective impact.
Counseling & Support
We provide legal, psychological, and social counseling to affected women, creating a safe space for their voices to be heard and guidance to be received.
Economic Independence
Through vocational training and support for small projects, we empower women on the path to financial independence and entrepreneurship.
