Event Overview:
On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, Hoviat organized a special program titled “Wealthy Mind” for Afghan women on May 24, 2025. The online session was held via Google Meet and attended by 30 women from Afghanistan and Canada.
Topic and Speaker:
Najia Latifi, a motivational coach, led the session and delivered an inspiring and practical presentation covering key topics including:
- Positive thinking
- Self-confidence
- The role of mental health in women’s empowerment
Discussion and Participation:
Participants listened to the motivational talk and asked questions about believing in their own abilities and cultivating a healthy mindset for personal growth and empowerment. All questions were answered with scientific and practical guidance in a friendly and encouraging environment.
Feedback and Outcomes:
Participants described the program as a valuable opportunity to strengthen self-confidence, boost motivation, and learn mental tools for personal and social empowerment. By the end of the session, participants expressed a strong interest in the continuation of such programs to further support women’s inner and outer growth.
Conclusion:
This mentorship session demonstrated that creating educational and motivational spaces for women—particularly in mental health and self-confidence—can play a vital role in enhancing their individual and social capacities.
