On September 20, 2025, HOVIAT – Women’s Identity held the third session of its Mentorship Program under the theme “Self-Care Strategies for Women in Times of Crisis.”
The online session brought together 22 participants from both inside and outside Afghanistan. It aimed to strengthen resilience, mental well-being, and emotional balance among Afghan women facing challenging circumstances.
During the session, Dr. Farzana Rahimi, a mental health consultant, discussed the importance of self-care, shared practical techniques for maintaining calmness and flexibility of mind, and emphasized the role of psychological resilience in overcoming personal and social crises. The session concluded with an engaging discussion and Q&A that was warmly received by participants.
Through its mentorship programs, HOVIAT continues to create spaces for women to enhance their personal growth, emotional well-being, and inner strength—helping them stand with confidence and hope in the face of adversity
