Muzhgan Adib served as a judge in Afghanistan’s judicial system, where she played an important role in adjudicating legal cases and promoting justice. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to the rule of law, judicial fairness, and the protection of women’s and vulnerable groups’ rights.

Following the political changes in 2021, she was forced to leave Afghanistan and continued her work in the fields of human rights and support for refugee and immigrant women.

She is a co-founder of Hoviat – Women’s Identity, where she plays a key role in shaping the organization’s legal and justice-oriented vision. She strongly advocates for equal access to justice and legal awareness for women.
